About Transformation 122
Transformation 122 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization organized under the laws of the State of Louisiana and recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We operate a thrift store that sells donated goods and accepts charitable donations to support our mission.
By accessing or using our website, making a purchase, or submitting a donation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Sale of Donated Goods
a. Nature of Merchandise
All merchandise sold through our thrift store is donated. As a result:
- Items may show signs of wear
- Condition descriptions are based on visual inspection only
- History and prior use of items are unknown
b. “As-Is” Sales
Except as expressly stated in our refund policy for defective items, all merchandise is sold “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Refund Policy (Defective Merchandise Only)
Refunds are only issued for merchandise that is defective at the time of purchase.
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within Five business days of receipt
- The defect must not have been disclosed in the item description
- Proof of purchase is required
No refunds will be issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage occurring after delivery
- Donations or shipping costs
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
Donations
a. Monetary Donations
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Once submitted, donations cannot be returned, reversed, or exchanged.
b. Donated Goods
Donors acknowledge that:

We do not assign or determine the value of donated goods
Payments
We accept payments and donations through electronic methods, including credit cards and other accepted payment options displayed on our website. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Transformation 122 or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, Transformation 122 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website, purchases, or donations.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim.
